Facility Maintenance Assistant
General Description
We are looking for a new member to add to our team! Our Facility Assistants are responsible for all aspects of our laundry service and club cleaning. Regular maintenance of equipment and occasional repairs will be required. The Facility Assistant will exemplify friendly, personalized service in a downtown, professional environment. As a member of our team, the Facility Assistant will participate in staff meetings and team building. Applicants must be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
Responsibilities
To provide friendly, personalized service by developing relationships and meeting needs with sincerity. Regular duties include:
Helping our members
Collecting, washing, drying, folding and distributing bath and sweat towels
Collecting, washing, drying, and returning clothing bags
Maintaining cleanliness, tidiness and organization of the entire facility and all equipment
Locker room upkeep, tidiness and cleaning
Organizing and maintaining lost and found and loaner clothing
Preparing laundry and lockers for issue
Tracking, budgeting and ordering supplies
Minor equipment repairs
Attending weekly and monthly team meetings
General assistance with club operations as required
Hours: Full-time 40hrs/week Monday to Thursday and work every other Friday and Saturday
( work hours: 12:30pm-9:30pm and 9:00am-4:30pm every other Saturday )
Salary: will be discussed during the interview
Evaluation: Three months and annually

Personal Trainer
Core Responsibility:
To provide friendly, personalized service by developing relationships and meeting needs with sincerity
General Description:
The Personal Trainer will primarily be engaged in one-on-one, partner, and small group training. In doing so, they will foster the highest degree of friendly, personalized service.
Systems and strategies will be implemented for increasing and then maintaining the volume of personal training and to ensure a high renewal rate through phenomenal service. Everything will be done in a professional, no-pressure, personalized manner in keeping with our mission and guiding focus.
General Responsibilities:
Administering Fit-Starts and using an entrepreneurial approach to establish a solid client base.
Providing ongoing personal training sessions, programs and information to clients.
Maintaining contact with all members (prospective personal training clients).
Client care and follow-up.
Tracking client information in an organized manner - including signing off on sessions.
Ongoing updating of schedule at front desk.
Monthly submission of personal training timesheet and quarterly submission of client list.
Continual tidying of office, training floor and club.
Attending monthly meetings and team meetings.
Group class instruction as desired.
General club assistance as required.
Hours: Agreed-upon hours, Monday through Saturday, starting part-time and working toward full-time within three months.

Compensation: Variable hourly wage based on services being provided.
Evaluation: Three months and annually
