How do you play squash?
To find the rules for squash, visit Squash Alberta.
How do I book a court?
Club members may conveniently book courts online! Simply click on "Member Sign In" at the top right of this page, and you will be led through the process. If you've never signed in before, you'll need to contact us for your password.
How far in advance can I book?
Courts may be booked up to one week in advance.
How long are court times?
Court times are 40 minutes. Members have the privilege of booking one squash court per day. Should a court be currently not in use, however, members may certainly step in - or stay in - and play!
What if I don't have squash equipment?
We sell racquets, goggles and balls through our Pro Shop. If you are new to the sport and wanting to just try it out, we'll be happy to set you up with your equipment!
What kind of shoes do I need?
Shoes must have non-marking soles. Shoes used for outdoor activity must not be used because they will mark the court floors and are generally dirty.
Can I store my racquet at the club?
Yes, you can! We have racquet storage located directly across from our two squash courts. In exchange for a $15 deposit, we will give you a key to one of the available storage slots.
Can I get a racquet repaired through the club?
Yes! For more information, please visit the front desk.
Are non-members able to play squash?
Guests of members may come in with a member to play squash. The guest must check in at the front desk and the guest fee applies.
Do you have interclub teams?
We have one women's and two men's interclub teams this year. If you are interested in getting involved, please let us know!
What is the format of the squash ladder?
Three players are placed in each level, and within a two-week time period, players must play one match against each of the two other players. The top finisher in each level by number of games won will move up one level, the bottom finisher will move down, and the middle finisher will stay in the same level for the next two-week session. New and re-joining players may join the ladder at the beginning of any two-week session.
How do I join the squash ladder or tournament?
You can sign up for the squash ladder or current tournament by contacting the front desk.
