Adele grew up back and forth between Calgary, Alberta and Perth, Western Australia. She recently relocated back to Calgary after completing her Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at Murdoch University in 2020. Her love for sports started young and she played competitive netball for 8 years, alongside a recreational interest in track and field, basketball and strength training. She likes to be involved in the youth sporting community, having previously volunteered a netball coach and a sports trainer for a Western Australian Football Club. Adele has worked as a medical administrator for several years in orthopaedics and physiotherapy, and is passionate about injury management, functional strength training and maintaining an active lifestyle. In her free time, you’ll find her outdoors and chasing mountain views.
